Converse × Vaquera: Rewriting the Chuck Taylor Playbook Nov 8th

    When you think of the Chuck Taylor All Star, what comes to mind? Classic canvas, bold rubber sole, lace-up tradition. But when Converse joins forces with Vaquera, we get a new sneaker,  re-engineered through the lens of experimental fashion.

     The collaboration introduces two fresh silhouettes: the “XXXHi Slouch Wedge” and the “XHi Slouch Wedge”. The XXXHi stretches above the knee and right below for the XHi, which completely reshapes the iconic  silhouette. The sneaker is dressed in waxed canvas,  patch and pinstripe uppers, laces removed altogether, and hidden wedge soles. 

The global release for these new sneakers is  Nov 8 via vaquera.nyc & Dover Street Market followed by wider launch Nov 11 on Converse.com, SNKRS and select retailers.
